疫情防控是当前最重要的工作，以考生的生命安全和身体健康为优先是英国文化教育协会作为雅思考试主办方义不容辞的责任。感谢广大雅思考生的理解与配合，还请大家注意调整好心态，做好自身防护，并密切关注后续有关考试的通知。

IELTS test cancellation in March 2020 in China due to the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP)

The safety and wellbeing of British Council IELTS test takers and staff is our priority. For the purpose of combating Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP), we have taken the decision in consultation with the NEEA to cancel all March IELTS tests, at test centers throughout Mainland China. We will return test fees in full to personal registration accounts of affected test takers. The British Council continues to monitor developments closely and will provide updates on future test dates in due course.  

We apologies for the disruption this announcement causes you, and we hope to recommence testing as soon as allowed by the authorities.
